CNE’S Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) governance encompasses all levels of the organization, from the Board of Directors, management team, every department and business unit.
Our Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic objectives and acts as the ultimate authority for ESG matters. The ESG Committee assists the Board in overseeing ESG issues, while the ESG Steering Group and ESG Working Group are responsible for the effective implementation of ESG tasks.
