This integration aims to promote the high-quality development of the Group and safeguard the interests of stakeholders, including investors, communities, customers, and employees. CNE’S Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) governance encompasses all levels of the organization, from the Board of Directors, management team, every department and business unit.

Our Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic objectives and acts as the ultimate authority for ESG matters. The ESG Committee assists the Board in overseeing ESG issues, while the ESG Steering Group and ESG Working Group are responsible for the effective implementation of ESG tasks.


With strong and effective communication between key stakeholders, CNE understands their concerns and responds to their expectations with appropriate actions.

We complete information system filing and network security level evaluation. CNE formulates network security management measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. We also optimize information security management, improves the employee information security responsibility system, and strengthens the implementation of information security protection measures. CNE improves the response procedure for information security emergencies and quickly and efficiently promotes emergency treatment. CNE believes that information security training and publicity campaigns are the key to increase the awareness of every employees.

CNE has established policies for sustainable supply chains and measures for supplier management to review an array of factors, including suppliers' qualifications, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management capabilities, product quality, service awareness, corporate reputation, performance capability, and legal risks.
