Concord Power Consulting and Design (Beijing) Corp., Ltd. (CPCD), was established in November 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It is a holding subsidiary of Concord New Energy Group Limited. CPCD is a high-tech enterprise and a specialized small and medium-sized enterprise in Beijing that produces new and unique products. CPCD is been recognized as one of Beijing's small and medium-sized innovators.

CPCD holds the Class A qualification for engineering consulting and credit evaluation, as well as the Class B professional qualification for engineering design in the power industry, including power transformation engineering, wind power generation, power supply engineering, and new energy power generation. CPCD has also obtained certifications for quality management systems, environmental management systems, and occupational health and safety management systems.

On May 9, 2017, CPCD has successfully entered the capital market and has been officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), also known as the New Third Board, with the stock code 871484.

CPCD is dedicated to providing new energy consulting, design, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services, as well as supporting power supply and transmission transformation projects. As a pioneer in the field of new energy professional consulting and design, CPCD has undertaken engineering projects in various provinces of China and other regions such as West Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Europe, and the United States.

CPCD collaborates with major power companies such as China Huadian, China Huaneng, and State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), as well as regional energy investment groups such as Liaoning Energy and Shenzhen Energy. CPCD has extensive experience in consulting and designing wind power projects with an installed capacity of over 40GW and photovoltaic projects with an installed capacity of over 10GW. The cumulative capacity of approved new energy consulting projects exceeds 1GW.

CPCD independently develops wind turbine generator systems, photovoltaic components, and wind and solar data repositories, providing advanced services and comprehensive assessments for project investment decisions. Meanwhile, CPCD is committed to standardized design and design optimization, positioning ourselves as practitioners and pioneers in providing full-life technical support and services for new energy projects. Our excellence in engineering design has been recognized through numerous national, provincial, ministerial, and industry association awards. CPCD’s project, The Huolin River Circular Economy Demonstration Wind Power Project, has been awarded by several organizations or government sectors including the 2016 China Electric Power Quality Engineering Award, the 2016-2017 National Quality Engineering Award, and the Progress Award for Today's Changemakers, jointly issued by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) organizations, the Environmental Defense Fund, and other authoritative institutions. Additionally, the Concord Yinma Lake Wind Power Project in Wuhe County was awarded the First Prize in the "Beijing Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award" in 2019, the Shenzhangtang Wind Farm Project in Dao County received the second prize of the same award in 2021, and the Huolonggang Wind Farm Project in Xun County awarded the second prize in 2017.
